Frank Luntz is now demanding an apology from the Liberal Review for suggesting that he may be biased, soully on the basis that he managed to fix guess the local elections result correctly.
This is a curious response, as he doesn’t appear to refute his bias. It is also almost inconceivable that the result would have gone the way it did if Labour had not quite so spectacularly self-destructed in the week before polling day. Before then, Cameron was beginning to get into real trouble. What’s more, Luntz himself didn’t particularly make any predictions, but rather made a few observations: it wasn’t polling, it was astrology. Thus, even if the results had been completely different, he could have fired off exactly the same email.
